What JINYA actually is
A Los Angeles-born ramen chain built around broth that simmers for 20 hours in-house. The menu runs ramen, small plates, rice bowls, sushi rolls, and a cocktail list. It is a sit-down dinner spot, not a quick counter bowl.
Why locals are watching it
Ramen is one of the categories Queen Creek still drives to Gilbert or Chandler for. A dedicated ramen bar inside the Marketplace fills a real gap, which is probably why searches for it keep climbing while the “Coming Soon” sign stays up. It’s one of five new tenants Vestar announced for the center, along with Barnes & Noble (opening November 11), LongHorn Steakhouse, Aubergine Kitchen, and LaserAway.
Where the date comes from
The early 2027 target is from Vestar’s announcement, reported by the Queen Creek Independent and KTAR. In late August 2026, JINYA’s own site listed Queen Creek as “Coming Soon” with no hours or phone number. This one has slipped once already.
