Summit View is bringing shops and dining to Riggs & Sossaman

Coming soon RiggsSossaman

A retail and dining center is going up on the southeast corner of Riggs and Sossaman: eight retail suites from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet, anchored by the Sanctum Motor Club, targeting early 2027.

From the project's own site (summitviewqc.com), checked 2026-08-25; researched independently, not from a town agenda.

Delivery is targeted for early 2027. If you have driven past the southeast corner of Riggs and Sossaman and wondered what is going up, this is it.

What is planned

A retail and dining center with eight suites from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet, sized for restaurants, boutiques, and services rather than big-box anchors. The developer is pitching the corner on its traffic: a combined 51,000 vehicles a day pass through Riggs and Sossaman.

Who is in so far

One anchor is signed: Sanctum Motor Club, a private membership club of luxury vehicle suites opening January 2027. The eight retail and dining suites are still up for lease, which means no restaurant or shop names have been announced yet.

Why this corner matters

The Riggs corridor between Sossaman and Power has been mostly rooftops with services trailing behind. Eight open suites at a hard corner is a real chance for the “we need more than dental offices and car washes” crowd to get something they actually want. When tenant names land, they will show up here.
