What it actually is
A private membership motor club. Not public storage, and not a repair shop. Members rent a finished private suite for their cars, with epoxy floors, LED lighting, a utility sink, climate control held at 75 degrees year round, gated smart access, and around-the-clock cameras. Think of it as a garage clubhouse for people whose weekend cars deserve better than a driveway tarp.
What it costs
Rates start at $1,495 a month with no buy-in and no long-term commitment required. The first 25 founding members get first pick of suites and locked-in rates. In other markets this concept has become a full luxury category, with owners building lofts, bars, and theaters above their cars.
Where it sits
Inside Summit View Shops and Dining, the new center on the southeast corner of Riggs and Sossaman. The club is the anchor, with eight retail and dining suites going in around it. We keep a separate page on the rest of the center: Summit View.
The honest read
A members-only car club is not for everyone, and plenty of neighbors would have preferred a restaurant on the corner. The retail suites around it are where that half of the wish still has a shot, and nothing announced there yet means those announcements are still coming.
