Skyline Ranch Marketplace is opening in waves at Hunt & Gary

Coming soon Hunt HighwayGary

The 31-acre center at Hunt Highway and Gary Road is opening in waves: Ulta and Five Below opened in August 2026, Marshalls and HomeGoods open August 27, and In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, PetSmart, EoS Fitness, and Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers are on the way.

Compiled from the SanTanValley.com What's Building tracker and local coverage, August 2026; researched independently, not from a town agenda. Checked 2026-08-25.

This center is opening in stages through 2027, and August 2026 is its biggest month yet. This page is the running scorecard. We update it as each tenant opens or announces a date.

Where it is

The northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Gary Road, technically San Tan Valley, right on the Queen Creek border. It is a 31-acre, 165,000-square-foot center anchored by WinCo and Home Depot.

Open now

  • Ulta Beauty opened August 21, 2026
  • Five Below opened August 7, 2026

Opening this week

  • Marshalls and HomeGoods hold their grand openings August 27, 2026

Announced and on the way

  • In-N-Out Burger, under construction, no date yet
  • EoS Fitness, expected September 2026
  • PetSmart, expected late 2026
  • Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, taking over the former Denny’s building, targeted for 2026
  • Chick-fil-A, slated for summer 2027

A Michaels has also shown up on one community tracker, but we have not found a second source, so treat that one as unconfirmed for now.

Why this matters on the Queen Creek side

Until now, off-price retail like Marshalls and HomeGoods meant a drive to Gilbert or Mesa. So did In-N-Out. This center pulls all of it to the Hunt Highway corridor, which changes both the errand map and, fair warning, the traffic at that intersection.
