Where it is, honestly

Skyline Ranch Marketplace, at Hunt Highway and Gary Road. That is technically San Tan Valley, just over the Queen Creek border. We cover it anyway because half the traffic at that corner is Queen Creek plates, and “In-N-Out near Queen Creek” is a question we get constantly.

What is around it

Skyline Ranch Marketplace is the new 31-acre center anchored by WinCo and Home Depot, and it is opening in waves. Ulta and Five Below opened in August 2026, Marshalls and HomeGoods open August 27, and Chick-fil-A, PetSmart, and Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers are all on the way. We keep a running page on the whole center: Skyline Ranch Marketplace.

What it means for the drive

Today the closest In-N-Out runs you to Gilbert or Mesa. When this one opens, the Hunt Highway corridor gets its own, and the first month of lines will be a local event all by itself. If you remember what the Queen Creek Raising Cane’s opening looked like, plan accordingly.
