Danjee Moser is an entrepreneur, builder, and resilient leader whose career reflects a relentless pursuit of growth, excellence, and impact. With more than two decades of experience, he has founded, scaled, and led multiple successful companies across the glass, construction, and restoration industries throughout Arizona.
Raised in the rural Northwest, Danjee developed his foundation early, learning the value of hard work, discipline, and community through a ranching lifestyle and competitive athletics. As a multi-sport athlete in basketball, football, and track, he built the mindset that would later define both his business success and personal resilience.
After relocating to Arizona in the late 1990s, Danjee entered the glass industry and quickly found his stride as a technician and entrepreneur. In 1999, he launched his first company, growing it from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar operation, demonstrating his ability to execute, lead, and scale with purpose.
Over the years, he expanded into multiple ventures and built a reputation for integrity, execution, and customer-first service across residential, commercial, and automotive sectors.
In 2016, Danjee co-founded Gateway Restoration, where he serves as Owner and President, helping lead the company into a trusted name in disaster recovery and construction services across the Valley. Under his leadership, the company operates on principles of honesty, urgency, and accountability, values that define his approach to both business and life.
Outside of business, Danjee is a husband and father of four, driven by a deep commitment to family and the example he sets for the next generation. A former motocross athlete, his journey took a dramatic turn after a serious injury forced him to rebuild physically and mentally. Rather than stepping away from challenge, he reinvented himself through endurance sports, pursuing triathlons and pushing his limits in new ways.
He lives by a clear and intentional mission: to live young, love true, smile often, and never quit anything worth finishing. To stay true to who he is, question everything with purpose, serve without expectation, and remain a lifelong student. Above all, he is committed to taking full ownership of his path and being the master of his own destiny.
