Office parking lot expansion planned near Happy & Ellsworth
A small piece of land north of Happy and Ellsworth roads would be rezoned to allow an expanded parking lot for the neighboring Carder Development office building. It's under review by the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Public Hearing and possible action on P26-0081 Carder Development Rezone and P26-0082 Site Plan, a request from Chris Webb (Rose Law Group) to Rezone 0.72 acres (31,426 SF) from R1-43 to C-1 and a request for Site Plan approval of the same 0.72 acres to facilitate development of an expanded parking lot for the adjacent single-story Carder Development office building facility. The project site is located north of the northwest corner of Happy and Ellsworth roads.
