A shopping center anchored by a Mountainside Fitness is working out its sign plan on about 7.5 acres just west of Combs and Gantzel roads. It's a step toward getting the businesses there open and visible.

Discussion and possible approval of P25-0166 Vineyard Plaza Comprehensive Sign Plan, a request from Arizona Commercial Signs, for approval of a Comprehensive Sign Plan at the Mountainside Fitness site on approximately 7.45 acres, located west of the northwest corner of Combs and Gantzel roads.
