A two-story, roughly 20,000-square-foot commercial and medical office building could go up at the southeast corner of Ocotillo Road and Ellsworth Loop Road. The plans need town approval to move forward.

Public Hearing and possible action on Ordinance 871-25, P25-0053 Matheson Medical PAD Rezone and P25-0054 Matheson Medical Site Plan, a request from Adam Baugh (Withey Morris Baugh PLC) to rezone approximately 2.03 acres from C-2 General Commercial to DC Downtown Core with a PAD Overlay and a request for Site Plan approval of an approximately 20,000 square foot two-story commercial office building and associated parking. The project is located at the southeast corner of Ocotillo Road and Ellsworth Loop Road.
