The Perch Brewery Is Coming to Queen Creek

First, the birds. If you have been to the original Perch in Chandler, you know the deal. Craft beer, elevated pub food, and a flock of exotic rescue parrots hanging out while you eat. It is one of the most Arizona places in Arizona.

And it is building a big new home in downtown Queen Creek.

What is coming

The Perch is going up on Munoz Street, just off Ellsworth. The photo above is it, mid-construction. This is not a small satellite spot. It is a large three-story building on about four acres, with a brewery, a full restaurant, a signature rooftop patio, and a huge amount of outdoor space.

If the Chandler location feels like a backyard hangout, the Queen Creek one is built to be a destination.

Beer, food, and yes, the birds

The Perch brews its own beer on site, with regulars like the Batch 28 Blonde and the Reynolds’ Irish Red. The food is elevated pub fare, the kind of menu that works whether you came for a quick pint or to stay for dinner. And the rescue birds are part of the whole thing, a flock of rescued parrots that make the patio unlike anywhere else around.

When it opens

The Perch broke ground in the fall of 2025 and is expected to open by the end of 2026. When it does, it is set to bring dozens of jobs and one more real reason to spend an evening in downtown Queen Creek.

It is one piece of a downtown coming together fast. For the rest of it, from the new walkable town center to the freeway and the water deal behind all of it, here is what is being built in Queen Creek right now.
